Hey Beautiful Ones!
This past November, I was blessed to serve in Guatemala. The trip was beyond life changing. I fell in love with the people, the land, and their strong faith in God and community.
Though many in the community did not have many material possessions and lived in unsafe environments, their faith in God and community was strong. They graciously made us food and shared their very best with the team and I.
Daily we would see the children race into the church for their English and bible lessons. It was so much fun and such a blessing to experience their love of learning. Though the picture below might look bleak to you, I see a place of love and warmth. I will never forget the people of Mixo and am eager to return to serve this year.
